Job summary

Mintlayer seeks a senior BD professional to own the space of real-world asset tokenization, central to transforming institutional finance. You will build and own the BD pipeline across real estate fund managers, infrastructure asset owners, and institutional originators, driving the full cycle from qualification to signed agreements.

You will collaborate with the RWA Structuring Lead, represent MWS at industry events, and provide market feedback to shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in real estate finance, structured finance, or alternative asset management.
• Relationships with REIT managers, real estate family offices, or infrastructure funds.
• Understanding of tokenized securities mechanics.
• Navigates both TradFi and blockchain-native counterparties without friction.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the BD pipeline for MWS RWA tokenization clients (real estate fund managers, infrastructure asset owners, institutional originators).
• Drive interest in Real Estate Fund LP pipeline.
• Own the full BD cycle for RWA clients from qualification to signed MWS service agreement.
• Develop account plans for target RWA issuers.
• Collaborate with the RWA Structuring Lead on client requirements and deal structuring.
• Represent MWS at real estate finance, infrastructure, investment, and tokenization industry events.
• Brief the Head of Tokenization on market feedback to inform the product roadmap.
