Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking a RWA Structuring Lead to translate institutional asset structures into MLS‑compatible tokenization frameworks. You will design compliant tokenized asset structures and work with issuers and their counsel to map SPVs, ABS and fund vehicles onto MLS standards.

You will define legal and structural requirements, produce term sheets, and review designs for new offerings, while building reusable playbooks and advising on asset class strategy across real estate, healthcare, AI,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking, structured finance or securitization.
• Experience structuring SPVs, ABS or similar instruments.
• Understanding of tokenization mechanics and on‑chain mappings of TradFi structures.

Responsibilities

• Design compliant tokenized asset structures for clients across real estate, healthcare, AI, deep tech and defense.
• Translate existing asset structures with issuers and legal counsel into MLS‑compatible tokenization frameworks.
• Define legal and structural requirements for each asset class with the Head of Legal.
• Produce term sheets and structuring proposals for prospective issuers.
• Review and approve tokenization structure designs for new offerings.
• Build and maintain the MWS structuring playbook for each asset class.
• Advise the Head of Tokenization on asset class strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The tokenization of real-world assets is the most structurally significant change coming to institutional finance in this decade The RWA Structuring Lead translates the structuring requirements of institutional asset owners into protocol-level specifications mapping SPVs ABS structures and institutional fund vehicles onto MLS token standards

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Design compliant tokenized asset structures for MWS clients across real estate healthcare AI deep tech and defense
• Work with issuers and their legal counsel to translate existing asset structures into MLS-compatible tokenization frameworks
• Define legal and structural requirements for each MWS asset class with the Head of Legal
• Produce term sheets and structuring proposals for prospective MWS issuers
• Review and approve tokenization structure designs for new asset offerings
• Build and maintain the MWS structuring playbook reusable frameworks for each asset class
• Advise the Head of Tokenization on asset class strategy
