ATKINSRéalis Overseas - Dubai Branch is seeking a seasoned Project Leadership Director to guide complex infrastructure initiatives from concept through delivery. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with client goals and regional growth plans.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement across government authorities, developers, and strategic partners in the UAE and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in civil/ infrastructure fields as listed.
• Master's degree in related discipline enhances eligibility.
• Professional registrations such as CEng, PE, PMP, PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Advise on city-wide and regional infrastructure strategies and investment planning.
• Lead client interfaces, workshops, and governance reviews with government entities and developers.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and guide commercial negotiations.
• Develop governance models, operating policies, and performance metrics.
• Promote health, safety, and quality in project delivery.
