Job summary

Atkins Realis Group is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design delivery of complex infrastructure and land development projects across the Middle East. You will manage the full design lifecycle and coordinate large multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong technical leadership, project management, and commercial awareness, with active involvement in business development and continuous improvement of delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering with professional registration.
• Minimum 15 years of infrastructure and land development design experience.
• Proven track record leading large multidisciplinary design teams on major projects.
• Experience in the Middle East and with BIM/digital delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee design delivery for major infrastructure and land development projects.
• Establish design management plans and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Lead design governance, reviews, and value engineering activities.
• Support business development and engage with clients and stakeholders.
