AtkinsRéalis in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design delivery for major infrastructure and land development projects across the Middle East region. You will manage full design lifecycle, coordinate large teams, and drive technical excellence while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget alignment.
Responsibilities include governance, client engagement, and contribution to strategic growth while promoting BIM and digital delivery practices across projects.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years experience in infrastructure and land development design.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams on large projects.
- Professional registration (CEng/PE or equivalent) preferred.

- Lead design delivery for major infrastructure and urban development projects.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams and ensure coordinated design outputs.
- Drive design governance, reviews, and quality assurance throughout delivery.
