Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of experience in GCC infrastructure projects. UAE experience is a must. The role involves managing all financial, cost, and contractual aspects to ensure projects stay on budget and meet objectives.

You will track spending, forecast final costs, and prepare cost analyses with strategies to improve overall project value. Pre-tender and post-tender experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive infrastructure experience (roads, bridges, utilities); UAE experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manages all financial, cost, and contractual aspects of a construction project to ensure it finishes on budget.
• Track project spending, monitor monthly progress, and forecast final costs.
• Control project scope to meet objectives and enhance deliverables and key activities.
• Prepare cost analyses and develop cost reduction strategies to maximise value.
