Leading UAE Civil & Infrastructure Contractor in Dubai seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects. You will oversee cost control, CVR reporting, valuations, variations, claims and subcontractor commercial management.

You will work closely with project teams to monitor financial performance, ensure contractual compliance and resolve commercial issues across project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• UAE construction experience is essential.
• Experience on civil and infrastructure projects (roads, highways, bridges, etc.).
• Established senior-level commercial responsibilities while holding a Quantity Surveyor title.
• Hands-on experience preparing CVR reports, cost monitoring and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and subcontractor management; FIDIC familiarity is a plus.

Aufgaben

• CVR & Cost Control: Prepare CVR reports, monitor costs against budgets, forecast final costs and margins.
• Measurement & Valuations: Review drawings and Bills of Quantities, take-offs for payments and final accounts.
• Payment Applications: Prepare interim payment applications and documentation with clients and consultants.
• Variations & Claims: Identify, price and negotiate variations and contractual claims with records.
• Subcontractor Commercial Management: Evaluate quotations and negotiate final accounts.
• Contract Administration & Negotiations: Administer main contracts and subcontracts, monitor obligations.
• Team Support & Development: Guide and mentor Quantity Surveyors and ensure accurate reporting.
