Job summary

Dubai Holding’s real estate division seeks a senior Infrastructure Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of master community infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will coordinate roads, utilities, drainage, and telecom networks with government authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory approvals and on-time completion.

The role requires 10–12 years in infrastructure design and delivery, including 4+ years in a senior managerial capacity within property development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering with infrastructure experience.
• 10–12 years in infrastructure design and delivery, including 4+ years in a senior managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk, budgeting and financial control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of master community infrastructure projects, including roads and utilities.
• Develop feasibility studies, budgets, revenue forecasts, and profitability projections.
• Coordinate with government authorities, utilities, consultants, and contractors for approvals.
• Review designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations; lead discussions with teams.
• Support tender preparation, evaluation, and contractor selection for infrastructure works.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, safety, and quality.
• Manage project variations and cost, schedule, and quality risks.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost variances with corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and standards.
