Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking an Assistant Manager - Infrastructure Excellence in Dubai to support planning and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across premium communities.

You will coordinate daily maintenance of roads, lighting, water and sewer networks, and supervise contractors, while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and RTA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering.
• 5–7 years in infrastructure management or facilities management.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and development of infrastructure projects.
• Review designs, specifications, and proposals.
• Coordinate maintenance of roads, lighting, utilities.
• Oversee contractors and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Support budget preparation and cost reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and HSE policies.
