Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Planning and Controls Lead to oversee large infrastructure programs from master planning through delivery. You will develop, monitor and optimize integrated schedules, manage CAPEX tracking, and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution with cross-functional teams including development, procurement and construction.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in project planning, controls, or infrastructure delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, project scheduling, and integrated master planning.
• Strong experience in project controls, schedule forecasting, CAPEX tracking, and performance reporting.
• Expertise in EOT assessments, delay analysis methodologies, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across milestones, resources and phases.
• Lead planning and controls to meet delivery targets within budgets and quality standards.
• Review and approve contractor baseline programs and progress reports.
• Prepare executive dashboards and governance reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, cashflows, and project performance with risk analysis.
