Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management seeks an Assistant Manager - Infrastructure Excellence to plan, develop, and oversee critical infrastructure across premier Dubai communities. You will coordinate maintenance, manage service providers, and ensure compliance with local codes and DHCM standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in infrastructure management within large communities, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and a solid understanding of water/wastewater systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance practices and local regulations.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in infrastructure management, civil works, or facilities management in large communities.
• Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater networks, pumping stations, STPs, and infrastructure assets.
• Experience supervising teams and contractors; 2–3 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role is a plus.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Office; able to read drawings and specs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and development of new infrastructure projects aligned with growth strategies and regulations.
• Review initial technical input on infrastructure designs and proposals.
• Support integration of new assets into existing networks.
• Coordinate daily maintenance and operations of infrastructure assets and ensure SLAs/KPIs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and contractor performance.
• Monitor utilities and respond to emergencies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in asset management, inventory, and condition assessments.
• Prepare reports on performance, status, and budgets.
