Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for large-scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, workforce access, temporary facilities, and construction resources, from mobilization to close-out, with minimal disruption.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will develop integrated logistics strategies, lead a logistics team, and coordinate with authorities, suppliers, and contractors to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics Management or related discipline.
• 15+ years of logistics management experience on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proven experience coordinating with government authorities, utilities, contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project Logistics Management Plan.
• Coordinate site access, material deliveries, equipment movements and temporary facilities.
• Manage traffic, access routes and haul routes with relevant authorities.
• Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Authorities and Stakeholders on logistics activities.
• Identify logistics risks and ensure compliance with HSE and environmental requirements.
• Prepare logistics schedules, risk registers and KPI reports and lead the logistics team.
