Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Director in Al Ain to lead large-scale infrastructure programmes from mobilization through handover. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and align objectives with contractual obligations, budgets, and safety standards.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong communication, and proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with UAE authorities and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is highly desirable.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all project phases from mobilization to final handover.
• Establish project objectives, governance, and performance targets.
• Serve as the primary client-facing executive with government authorities, developers, and utilities.
