Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced infrastructure construction supervision professional to oversee multidisciplinary works in Abu Dhabi. The role covers roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, electrical networks, telecommunications, landscaping and public realm developments.

The candidate will lead supervision teams, monitor contractor performance and ensure conformity with IFC drawings, specifications and authorities' standards, coordinating with the Project Manager, PMC, clients and government

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of post-undergraduate experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior technical position.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure construction supervision and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary supervision across roads, utilities, drainage and civil works.
• Oversee construction activities to meet IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specs.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce quality, safety and QA/QC procedures.
• Manage interfaces between packages and coordinate with utilities, designers and authorities.
• Coordinate with planning and project control to track progress and risks.
• Provide technical direction to supervision staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Support resolution of RFIs, coordinate technical queries and constructability reviews.
