Job summary

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for large-scale infrastructure projects in Al Ain, UAE. You will ensure timely materials supply, site access, and safe operations, working with project directors, authorities, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes planning, risk management, and leadership to deliver projects with minimal disruption while complying with HSE and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant logistics management experience on major infrastructure/construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities, utility providers, contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project Logistics Management Plan.
• Coordinate site access, material deliveries, equipment movements, storage areas, and temporary facilities.
• Ensure logistics activities align with the construction programme.
• Monitor logistics schedules to support uninterrupted construction activities.
• Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Utility Authorities, Municipalities and government agencies.
• Identify logistics risks and ensure compliance with HSE and environmental regulations.
