Job summary

AECOM in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead infrastructure programs from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, mentor project staff, and implement best practices while maintaining compliance with local regulations in the UAE. This hybrid role offers the chance to contribute to major projects within a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with BIM and digital project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Act as primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Communicate milestones and changes to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
• Identify risks; implement mitigation strategies for stability and success.
• Supervise and mentor project teams to foster high performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and design partners for cohesive execution.
• Oversee design coordination ensuring outputs meet requirements and standards.
• Implement PM best practices and SOPs to drive efficiency.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvements.
