Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior engineering professional to coordinate multi-discipline delivery for critical infrastructure projects in the UAE, aligning with Worley procedures and customer objectives. You will act as the technical interface between the Project Manager, Engineering Manager and discipline teams to ensure scope, schedules and deliverables are accurate and delivered safely.

This role covers utilities, water, power, transport, ports, marine and industrial infrastructure, resilience

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience with registration preferred.
Typically 12+ years engineering experience, including 10+ years in project engineering, supervision or coordination.
Experience delivering E, EP, EPCM or EPC scopes across critical infrastructure and utilities.
Proven ability to coordinate multi-discipline, multi-location teams and manage scope, change, risk, cost and schedule control.

Responsibilities

Discipline Leadership – define and coordinate the engineering team, set objectives and monitor performance.
Business Development Support – assist proposals with execution strategies, scopes and risk assessments.
Critical Infrastructure Delivery – drive robust infrastructure solutions across studies and design.
Project Coordination & Administration – manage plans, schedules, deliverables registers and progress inputs.
Stakeholders & Interfaces – coordinate with project managers, authorities, customers and contractors.
Execution Controls – plan and control execution with work plans, risk registers and change control.
Technical & Team Leadership – mentor engineers and promote data-centric engineering practices.
