Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience; professional registration preferred.
• 12+ years engineering experience, including 10+ years in project engineering, supervision, project management or technical coordination.
• Experience delivering E, EP, EPCM or EPC scopes across critical infrastructure, utilities, transport, water, power, ports, industrial, sustaining capital or brownfield projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-discipline, multi-location teams; review technical work; resolve interfaces; and support scope, change, risk, cost and schedule control.

Aufgaben

• Define and coordinate the engineering team, set clear delivery objectives, assign work through discipline leads, provide technical guidance, monitor performance and close gaps affecting safety, quality, cost, schedule or productivity.
• Support proposals for small to medium infrastructure opportunities by developing execution strategies, discipline scopes, schedules, resource plans, deliverables, risks, assumptions and technical differentiators aligned with customer drivers.
• Drive technically robust infrastructure solutions across studies, design development, detailed engineering and delivery support.
• Coordinate project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, milestones, deliverable registers and progress inputs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering managers, other discipline leads, authorities, customers, contractors, vendors, operations and site teams.
• Plan and control engineering execution through work plans, deliverable registers, schedules, progress measurement, quality plans, change control, risk registers, resource forecasts and project reports.
• Mentor engineers and designers, promote consistency of deliverables and support data-centric and digital engineering methods where beneficial.
