Job summary

Worley seeks a senior infrastructure leader to run multiple concurrent projects from opportunity through close-out, acting as both sales representative and delivery lead across ports, marine, transport, utilities and water assets.

You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage scope, schedule, cost and interfaces with authorities and clients, delivering safe, compliant, and commercially sound outcomes while guiding brownfield and greenfield programs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification with project management, controls and risk-management competence.
• typically 15+ years infrastructure project delivery experience with management responsibility.
• Proven ability to run several projects, balancing priorities, resources, schedule, cost and risk.
• Ability to translate customer needs into compelling scopes and executable delivery plans.
• Experience across brownfield and greenfield infrastructure including live operations and commissioning readiness.
• Strong knowledge of client expectations, approvals processes, EPC/EPCM interfaces and multi-discipline delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with an integrated view of priorities, milestones, resources and risks.
• Own front-end customer relationships, shape scopes and coordinate inputs for proposals.
• Define and control project scope, deliverables, assumptions and interfaces.
• Maintain commercial discipline: forecasting, invoicing, cash flow and change management.
• Coordinate stakeholders, authorities, contractors and internal teams with clear interfaces.
• Prepare execution plans and manage schedule, cost, quality and risk across concurrent projects.
