Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with project management and risk experience.
• Typically 15+ years’ infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects balancing priorities and resources.
• Experience translating needs into actionable scopes and proposals.
• Experience across brownfield and greenfield infrastructure, live operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from opportunity to close-out.
• Own front-end customer relationship, shape scopes and proposals.
• Define and control project scope, deliverables, assumptions and interfaces.
• Maintain commercial discipline including forecasting, invoicing and cash flow.
• Coordinate EPCs, contractors and internal teams with clear interfaces.
• Prepare fit-for-purpose execution plans and manage cost, schedule, risk and change.
