Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior Project Coordinator to drive delivery of critical infrastructure projects across utilities, water, power and transport sectors. You will bridge the gap between project management and engineering teams, coordinating scopes, schedules, and deliverables to ensure safe and compliant execution.

You will lead interdisciplinary coordination, track progress, and maintain alignment with customer requirements, codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with professional registration or eligibility for registration.
• 8+ years engineering experience, with 5–7 years in project management/supervision.
• Experience coordinating E and EP delivery, with EPCM/EPC/site exposure desirable.
• Ability to coordinate inputs, manage interfaces and support delivery objectives.
• Knowledge of infrastructure standards, specifications, design reviews, constructability, operability and schedules.
• Able to provide technical guidance and support management of scope, change, risk, cost and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project engineering teams to deliver defined scope, set objectives for scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Support small critical infrastructure pursuits with clear scopes, inputs, schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical delivery across studies, design development and engineering execution.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverable registers and forecasts.
• Act as the technical coordination interface among project managers, engineering leads, customers and contractors.
