Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Manager to provide leadership and Construction Management SME expertise across all project phases in the UAE. You will champion Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles and drive a digitalisation roadmap for construction while aligning with engineering, project services and supply chain.

The role focuses on embedding safety culture, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring execution strategies meet client objectives and TIC estimates.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• Extensive EPC(M) project experience with FEED and Detailed Design.
• Strong Oil & Gas background with offshore experience including brownfield SIMOPS and marine interface scopes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and construction management SME to embed excellence across all project phases.
• Champion Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and develop a digitalisation roadmap for construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex onshore/offshore project environments while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
• Influence execution strategies by understanding client objectives and contract frameworks.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all phases of project execution.
