Job summary

Dubai Holding's real estate arm seeks an experienced infrastructure leader to manage master community projects in Dubai. You will oversee roads, utilities, drainage and district cooling, coordinating with government authorities and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires a civil/mechanical/structural engineer with 10–12 years' experience, 4+ in senior management, strong planning, risk, budgeting, and stakeholder management, plus the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural engineering.
• 10–12 years’ experience, 4+ years in senior managerial role in infrastructure.
• Experience with large property developers, municipal corporations, or utility providers.
• Ability to develop strategic infrastructure plans.
• Strong project lifecycle, risk management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Vendor and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver master community infrastructure projects.
• Develop feasibility studies, budgets, revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, consultants, contractors.
• Review designs, specs, calculations; lead discussions.
• Support tender prep, cost estimation, contractor selection.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety.
• Manage variations, risks, and cost control.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure; identify variances.
• Drive continuous improvement using international standards.
