Senior Infrastructure Project Lead

Job summary

Al Shirawi in the UAE seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects including roads, utilities and drainage from initiation through completion. You will drive scope, schedule, cost control, and quality while ensuring health and safety standards are met and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires proven experience with large-scale projects, IFC drawings and HSE compliance, plus strong leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, water, drainage, sewerage, bridges).
• Thorough knowledge of trenching, shoring, dewatering, over pumping, HDD, pipe jacking and microtunneling.
• Familiar with soil classifications and traffic diversions.
• Experience with utility coordination, NOCs, authority approvals and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts, variations, claims and commercial management is preferred.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements and UAE standards (RTA ROW) is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fronts and deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
