Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management seeks an Engineer - Infrastructure to oversee inspections and maintenance of drainage, irrigation, and utility systems across DHCM assets in Dubai.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years of maintenance experience and strong knowledge of HVAC, Dubai regulations, and life-safety systems. Join a dynamic team focused on resilient urban communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of hard maintenance and infrastructure maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, ASHRAE standards, DM drainage regulations, DEWA LT installation guidelines and Dubai Civil Defense life safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering products and concepts.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections of assets and oversee major maintenance tasks.
• Oversee drainage, irrigation, sewage, and water feature projects; monitor timelines and quality.
• Supervise infrastructure assets (roads, lighting, pumping stations) for uptime and safety.
• Coordinate with teams; enforce CAFM systems and respond to resident inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in budget preparation and manage vendor performance.
