AECOM is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its infrastructure team in Dubai, UAE. You will manage construction costs, prepare estimates, develop bills of quantities, and oversee financial control across complex projects.

Responsibilities include contract administration, variations, and claims analysis, with collaboration across engineers, architects, and clients. A relevant bachelor’s degree and UAE-recognised QS certification are required, with 8–10 years total experience and 3–5 years

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor or an equivalent qualification recognised in the UAE.
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in quantity surveying.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior quantity surveying capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in construction cost estimation and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting and cost management.
• Experience preparing bills of quantities and reviewing tender documentation.
• Ability to assess measurement records, survey information, and construction quantities.
• Experience supporting contract administration, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Understanding of financial and contractual risk assessment.
• Ability to prepare detailed commercial reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Experience using relevant quantity surveying software and project information systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and communicate commercial recommendations.
