Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support post-contract cost management and commercial activities for a major infrastructure project in Dubai, UAE. The role requires at least seven years of quantity surveying experience on infrastructure projects and a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.

You will manage contractor payments, review variations, prepare financial reports, and ensure contractual compliance while coordinating with site teams and client

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum 7 years of quantity surveying experience on infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction cost management principles.
Experience with post-contract commercial administration and contractor payment assessments.

Responsibilities

Lead post-contract quantity surveying and cost management activities for a major infrastructure project.
Review contractor payments, variations, and change requests.
Prepare monthly cost reports, earned value analysis, and cash-flow forecasts.
Coordinate commercial activities with site supervision, design professionals, client representatives, and construction teams.
