Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Contract Manager to oversee infrastructure contracts in Abu Dhabi. You will handle drafting, review, negotiation, and performance monitoring across the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and project objectives.

The role requires 15+ years of contract management experience in civil engineering contexts, with strong collaboration across legal, finance, and project teams. On-site, full-time position in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in contract management, preferably infrastructure/engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Ability to analyse terms, identify risks, and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate infrastructure contracts per project requirements.
• Manage contract lifecycle: administration, performance monitoring, variations, disputes and closeout.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement and project teams to address issues.
• Maintain contract documentation and timely reporting of status and milestones.
