Job summary

AECOM in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a major rail and infrastructure project. You will support contract administration and commercial management across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with FIDIC-based processes and internal governance.

The role calls for 8–12 years of experience in contract administration or quantity surveying on large infrastructure programs, with strong judgement, risk awareness, and ability to coordinate with legal, engineering and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying and 8–12 years of contract administration experience.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects including rail, metro or large transportation works.
• Strong commercial and contractual judgement; Middle East/UAE experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration and commercial management across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare commercial reports, contract status updates and management summaries.
• Maintain contractual documentation traceability for audit.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
