Job summary

AVEVA in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Manager, Consultant to shape strategy, lead transformation programs, and unlock customer value through digital innovation in the Industrial Intelligence space.

You will direct regional accounts, coordinate across AVEVA capabilities, and manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and risk for major engagements while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading complex industrial software, digital transformation, or operational technology programs.
• Proven track record of engaging senior customer stakeholders and translating business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Experience with industrial data, operational systems, enterprise integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive successful customer outcomes.
• Experience working across Sales, Services, Product, and Delivery organizations in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Industrial Intelligence strategy and technical direction aligned with strategic regional accounts.
• Orchestrate cross-portfolio capabilities to create integrated Industrial Intelligence solutions and roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end technical and transformation leadership for selected accounts from discovery to delivery realization.
• Lead customer discovery and advisory engagements translating challenges into roadmaps and use cases.
• Govern bids and proposals with scope, architecture, risk, and delivery approach reviews.
• Collaborate with GDC to optimize engineering estimates and delivery plans.
• Interface with Portfolio, R&D, and Global Services to address product gaps and improvements.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and change management needs.
• Establish regional technical governance, reference architectures, and delivery standards.
• Provide escalation and transformation assurance across major engagements.
• Build and lead regional Industrial Intelligence capability including consultants and SMEs.
• Support executive SteerCos with clear reporting on status, risks, and value realization.
• Drive Services growth by expanding engagements and replicating success across sites.
• Demonstrate measurable customer outcomes and ROI driving strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure continuity from challenge to expansion.
