Job summary

SDV Consulting Engineers in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Architect for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead design from concept to detailed design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing deliverables and schedules, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

You will drive BIM/Revit development, mentor junior staff, and support client submissions and authority approvals, with a focus on steel and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi and steel/industrial projects is highly preferred/mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design stages.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules and design quality.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes and authority requirements.
• Lead BIM/Revit design development and coordination.
• Review and mentor junior architects and technical staff.
• Support client presentations, authority submissions, and technical reviews.
