Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior Management/Strategy advisor in the Dubai region to lead industry-aligned digital transformation engagements with executive leadership. You will shape discovery workshops, present strategic insights, and build compelling business cases that justify action across multi-year roadmaps.

With 10+ years in management consulting or equivalent, you will partner with sales and customer success to align account plans, drive value realization, and influence executive audiences

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting with exposure to cloud technologies or a customer-facing strategy role in a tech vendor.
• Executive/leadership experience managing digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments.
• Experience developing C-level relationships and simplifying complex topics for executive audiences.
• Experience with public speaking, meeting facilitation, and white-boarding.

Responsibilities

• Engage executives to determine and manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops with customer leadership to understand goals and challenges.
• Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer goals and build business cases.
• Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic alignment, multi-year roadmaps, and justification for action.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to shape account plans and sales strategy for regional accounts.
