Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC, operating under the brand du, seeks an experienced IGW Network Specialist to manage fault resolution, incident handling, and SLA-driven operations within the UAE network environment.

The role requires a telecom engineering background with 6–7 years in IGW networks, strong SIP/SS7 knowledge, and collaboration with various teams to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom or related engineering field.
• 6–7 years in IGW Network for telecom industry.
• Thorough knowledge of call routing on Softswitch.
• Deep knowledge of SIP, SS7, SIGTRAN, H.248 and Q.931.
• IP networks knowledge and routing protocols understanding.
• ITIL framework and operational processes knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Handle fault management, customer and carrier complaints with effective incident handling.
• Provide on-time technical support to monitoring teams for domain issues.
• Escalate to Second Line and ensure timely follow-up per SLA.
• Analyze incident reports to proactively prevent issues.
• Run network health check reports/queries and highlight findings.
• Maintain documentation for devices/solutions to aid incident handling and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders till fault resolution.
