JUJUR in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to manage key client relationships in the iGaming sector. This onsite full-time role requires Korean fluency and deep account management experience to drive growth and retention across a multilingual client base.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Korean (C1) oral and written and fluent in English (B2).
• Essential to have 12 years of experience in Account Management within iGaming.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable and professional approach to work.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support onboarding processes and guide clients through integrations launches or implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions that address client needs.
• Share and communicate relevant updates, offers or promotions with clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.
• Provide regular performance updates, reports and insights to clients and management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to advise clients proactively.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when needed.
