The role requires native Korean, strong English, 12 years in account management, excellent negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent Korean (C1) required; English (B2) acceptable.
• Minimum 12 years of account management experience in iGaming.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or project tools is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, professional work approach.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support onboarding processes and guide clients through integrations launches or implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions that address client needs.
• Share and communicate relevant updates, offers, or promotions with clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.
• Provide regular performance updates, reports, and insights to clients and management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to advise clients proactively.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when needed.
