Qualifications

• At least 6 years in a facilities maintenance trade.
• Experience across Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, A/V, Fire life safety, and water systems.
• Shift coverage and safety compliance are required.
• Willingness to teach and train others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, perform work and preventive maintenance on facilities structures and equipment.
• Follow CBM and manufacturers’ manuals for maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safely use PPE; report issues to supervision.
• Escalate issues to senior personnel and assist in emergencies.
