Job summary

Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to inspect, perform work, and carry out preventive maintenance across all facility systems. You will handle electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, and related equipment in hotel rooms, public areas, and service areas while reporting to supervisors and following safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has at least six years in facilities maintenance and attended trade school or higher education.

Qualifications

• Six years in facilities maintenance with trade school or higher education.
• Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Fire life safety, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with PM/CBM and BMS operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, perform work, and execute preventive maintenance on facilities systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and calibration of tools.
• Assist and train others as required.
