Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai is seeking an HVAC Technician Level 3 to join our Facilities team. You will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of comfort cooling systems, under supervision, ensuring safe and reliable operations across a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires an ITI or trade certificate in HVAC and 2–3 years of hotel maintenance experience, plus a basic understanding of FCUs, AHUs and related tools.

• ITI or trade certificate in HVAC or related field.
• 2–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in hotel or large building.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, exhaust fans and ventilation.
• Support senior technicians during troubleshooting and repairs.
• Carry out basic checks (filters, belts, drains, lubrication).
• Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
• Maintain logbooks and report issues to seniors.
• Attend breakdown calls and assist in shutdown activities.
• Housekeeping of plant rooms and work areas.

Technician 3 - HVAC is responsible for supporting the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems under supervision, focusing on basic servicing, inspections, and assistance during breakdowns to ensure safe and reliable operations.

About The Role

About You
