Job summary

Kerzner International’s Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai invites applications for Technician 3 – HVAC. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems under supervision, servicing FCUs/AHUs, assisting senior technicians, and ensuring safe operation of hotel facilities.

Qualified candidates will hold ITI/Trade Certificate in HVAC, 2–3 years of relevant hotel/building experience, and a basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.

Qualifications

• ITI / Trade Certificate in HVAC or related field.
• 2–3 years in HVAC maintenance (hotel/building preferred).
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Support senior technicians during troubleshooting and repairs.
• Carry out basic checks (filters, belts, drains, lubrication).
• Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
• Maintain logbooks and report issues to seniors.
• Housekeeping of plant rooms and work areas.
• Attend breakdown calls and assist in shutdown activities.
