Job summary

Kerzner International invites applications for a Technician (HVAC) at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. The role focuses on inspecting, performing, and preventing maintenance across HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems at a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a specific facilities maintenance trade with trade school/upper education.
• Experience maintaining Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, A/V, Fire life safety, water systems.
• Must perform CBM and preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, perform work and preventive maintenance in facilities, structures and equipment.
• Report to supervisor and manager; follow assignments.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure calibration is up-to-date.
• Teach and train others as required.
• Be familiar with building layout and respond during emergencies.
