Job summary

Carrier in the UAE seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for Oil & Gas and heavy industrial projects. You will drive sales, manage key customer relationships, support specifications and tenders, and convert opportunities into secured orders.

You will collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams to position Carrier as a preferred supplier for mission-critical HVAC applications. Fluency in English is required, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, cooling, or related technical solutions.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Experience in EPC-led tender-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and develop a qualified pipeline for Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial accounts.
• Promote Carrier HVAC products and engineered solutions; coordinate with internal teams for compliant solutions.
• Review tenders and RFQs; develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals; ensure alignment with customer specs and standards.
• Provide market intelligence, CRM updates, and regular pipeline reporting.
