Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead programme-level HSE oversight across major infrastructure projects in the UAE. The role requires strong HSE management on large construction or infrastructure programs, with contractor oversight and UAE regulatory knowledge.

You will monitor HSE performance, review plans, oversee audits, and maintain dashboards to ensure compliance, incident control, and preparedness across the project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive HSE management experience on large construction, power or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with contractor HSE oversight and assurance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSE performance across contractors and consultants.
• Review project HSE plans and risk-management arrangements.
• Oversee HSE audits and assurance activities.
• Monitor incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE dashboards and reporting.
• Monitor compliance with approved work methods and risk assessments.
• Review emergency preparedness and response arrangements.
• Monitor heat-stress, fire safety and workforce welfare requirements.
• Conduct programme-level HSE inspections and reviews.
• Escalate critical HSE risks.
