Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United Arab Emirates invites applications for an HSE Lead to own the HSE Plan across UAE projects. You will work with the EQS team, project management, contractors, and clients to keep operations safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or EHS with NEBOSH certificates, fresh graduate to 3 years of experience, and a proactive, leadership-driven approach to onsite safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or EHS field with NEBOSH certificates.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years' HSE experience on live projects.
Solid knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing workplace safety.
Demonstrated leadership to drive site-wide compliance.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for risk evaluation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review the HSE Plan across UAE projects.
Deliver monthly HSE performance reporting to Client and Project Management.
Advise on best practices, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
Lead toolbox talks and HSE meetings with site representatives.
Conduct proactive site monitoring to identify unsafe practices and welfare gaps.
Uphold QA procedures and regulatory compliance across all site activities.
