Job summary

Connect Resources is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a major UAE construction project. You will lead HSE programs, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and drive risk-based safety practices on-site.

The ideal candidate holds a NEBOSH IGC, an engineering degree, and at least 8 years in HSE within construction, with strong leadership and reporting skills. The role requires hands-on site leadership and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; attestations required.
• Minimum 8+ years of HSE experience in construction.
• NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certification mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and risk management.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety observations.
• Implement HSE plans, PTW systems, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Investigate incidents and monitor corrective actions, preparing HSE reports.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and safety training.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and support digital HSE reporting systems.
