Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to lead safety across UAE projects in Abu Dhabi. You will develop and enforce HSE plans, coordinate with contractors, and drive incident investigations and risk controls.

Ideal candidates bring a strong UAE HSE background, NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred, and a track record of improving HSE performance on large construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in OHS, engineering, or environmental discipline.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in UAE HSE regulatory framework and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE plans and management systems for projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE legislation and authority standards.
• Provide HSE leadership to project teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review contractor HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and emergency plans.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard identifications to drive improvement.
• Monitor activities and ensure safe systems of work and incident prevention.
• Lead risk assessment activities and preventive/corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and environmental events to determine root causes.
