Job summary

SEGULA Technologies seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the programme-level management of a large-scale infrastructure programme in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role provides leadership across project controls, engineering, risk, commercial, quality, HSE and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across multiple contractors and consultants.

Strong background in programme management for major infrastructure projects and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary programmes.
Strong experience in power transmission, utilities or infrastructure environments.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead programme governance, oversight and executive-level reporting.
Coordinate programme-wide delivery activities across multiple project packages.
Oversee schedule, cost, risk, quality, HSE and interface management.
Lead preparation and maintenance of the Program Management Plan and integrated execution framework.
Establish programme dashboards, action registers, decision registers and reporting systems.
Monitor contractor and consultant performance and elevate critical programme issues.
Support senior management decision-making through concise analysis and recommendations.
Coordinate programme-level stakeholder interfaces.
Ensure programme deliverables remain aligned with approved objectives, milestones and contractual requirements.
Lead weekly and monthly programme reviews and executive reporting.
