Job summary

Siemens Energy in the UAE seeks an HSE professional to own the site’s HSE Plan across projects, collaborating with EQS, project management, contractors, and clients to keep operations safe and compliant.

You will develop and review HSE plans, deliver monthly performance reporting, advise on risk mitigation, lead toolbox talks, and ensure regulatory and EHS compliance while modeling Siemens' conduct guidelines. Strong leadership and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in HSE principles with NEBOSH certification.
• Experience applying HSE practices on live projects or construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Familiarity with workplace safety laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive site-wide compliance.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for risk evaluation and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review the site's HSE Plan across UAE projects.
• Deliver monthly HSE performance reporting to Client and Project Management.
• Advise project teams on best practices, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Lead toolbox talks and HSE meetings with site representatives.
• Conduct proactive site monitoring to identify unsafe practices and gaps.
• Uphold QA procedures and regulatory/EHS compliance across activities.
