They will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE strategies, plans, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in managing HSE teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic as an advantage.
• Ability to influence and drive behavioral change towards a proactive safety culture.
• Experience in incident investigation, audits, and corrective action management.
• Familiarity with emergency preparedness and crisis response strategies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
