Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Leader for construction projects in the UAE.

Develop and implement project HSE plans, lead the HSE team across multiple sites, conduct audits and drive corrective action closure. The ideal candidate has 15+ years UAE/GCC experience, NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH membership preferred, and deep knowledge of UAE regulations and ISO 45001. You will liaise with authorities and clients, lead incident investigations, and report HSE performance to senior

• 15+ years UAE/GCC experience in construction HSE, including a leadership role.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent; IOSH membership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ISO 45001.
• Proven experience leading HSE teams on large-scale projects.
• Excellent incident investigation and reporting skills.
