Abu Dhabi Ports seeks a Senior HSE Manager to establish and oversee a robust health, safety and environmental framework for major construction projects in the UAE. You will develop strategies, plans and initiatives to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

You will lead HSE strategy execution, risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, manage contractor performance, monitor KPIs and promote a proactive safety culture across project teams and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience, with focus on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management.
• Proven experience in managing HSE teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic an advantage.
